Even when a class action settlement was reached covering California, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas it only included purchasers in these states. That resolution left some in these states wanting more. This likely seems odd to you as GM knew they were producing vehicles that would experience a CP4 fuel pump failure and had failed to did not proactively resolve the issue before selling these vehicles.
